Our Customer Satisfaction Monitoring process is very well laid down. We have specific defined procedure / method for conducting customer satisfaction monitoring process. This is being conducted twice a year. The present standard of CSS (Customer Satisfaction Statement) is to achieve a minimum of 80% satisfaction
Sites scoring 80% & above under the head “EXCELLENT’ for overall performance .
Sites scoring 70% & above are listed under the head “GOOD’ for overall performance.
Site scoring less than 60% in overall performance is not considered satisfactory and it shall be Re-Surveyed after one months.
